ADHD Carrot Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item from ADHD Carrot to request a return.
For a valid return:
- The item must be as received: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging.
- Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we acknowledge your return request, we'll share a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please understand that items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Promptly inspect your order. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us at once so we can address the issue.
Exceptions: We don’t accept returns on items like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards. Unsure about an item? Drop us a line.
Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have. Post its acceptance, make a separate order for the desired item.
EU Customers: If your order ships to the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return an order within 14 days without any reason. Conditions for a valid return still apply.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll update you on the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Delays might occur due to bank/credit card processing. If over 15 business days have passed since approval, please get in touch at adhdcarrot@yahoo.com.
